Being mind-FULL

Do you notice your day starts and before you realise it - the mind is full of TO-DO's? Whether this is lists of tasks, work related, home duties or responsibilities surrounding the family, how do we navigate life being present when our mind is FULL?
It is important to understand that as human beings we are all vulnerable to getting caught up in our weekly routine. So the first step to bringing yourself back to being present is to Include in your daily routine a PAUSE with CAUSE. The simple art of stopping for a minute to observe something in nature ... take a few slow calming breathes and then continue on with your day.
Help yourself move through your days with focus, whilst also stopping to check in with yourself. Are you in the now or thinking ahead or something from previous days. Recognise when you are holding in your mind things that have already been and may be cognitively taxing you (draining your mind and focus).
